NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Maureen Pamela Morgan (née Roe), late of 24 Saumarez Street in the parish of St Peter Port in the island of Guernsey, who died on the 6th of September 2025, and to whose estate a Grant of Probate was granted by the Ecclesiastical Court of the Bailiwick of Guernsey on the 24th day of October 2025 to Andrew Douglas Laws (‘the Executor’) are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor whose address is Babbé LLP, La Vieille Cour, La Plaiderie, St Peter Port, Guernsey on or before the 7th day of February 2026, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
