NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Act of the Royal Court dated Friday, 31^st  October 2025, SURCOUF HOLDINGS (PITRONNERIE) LIMITED whose registered office is situate at Guernsey Tobacco Factory, La Vrangue, St Peter Port, owner of premises comprising buildings and land at Route de la Garenne, near La Pitronnerie Road, St Peter Port OBTAINED AN ORDER whereby any person trespassing upon part of the said premises (shown outlined in blue on the plan deposited at the Greffe) shall be liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres mises à l’Amende of 16^th January, 1786, as amended.
