NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of DEREK BRIAN ROBBINS, late of Roustel Ward, The Princess Elizabeth Hospital in the parish of St. Martin in the island of Guernsey (formerly of La Capella, Village du Putron, St Peter Port, Guernsey) who died on the 12^th April 2025, and to whose estate a Grant of Letters of Administration was issued by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 20^th day of June, 2025 to Jacqueline Bloyce Bennett (née Robbins) (the “Administrator”), are required to send particulars in writing to the said Administrator whose address is Tain Lodge, Lower Road, Charlton All Saints, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, SP5 4HQ on or before the 22^nd day of February 2026, after which date the said Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which she has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands she then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
