NOTICE is hereby given that by Act dated 7th day of November 2025 the Royal Court

granted permission to John William Margison to publish a notice in "La Gazette Officielle"

of this Island to the effect that trespassers on those parts of premises known as Juniper

Hill situate at Mount Durand in the Parish of St Peter Port (this area being shown outlined

in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on 7th November 2025 are liable to prosecution

in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terre mises a l' Amende of 16th January

1786, as amended
