NOTICE TO DR RUJA IGNATOVA OF AN APPLICATION BY HIS MAJESTY’S COMPTROLLER TO ENFORCE AN OVERSEAS FORFEITURE ORDER UNDER THE FORFEITURE OF ASSETS IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS (BAILIWICK OF GUERNSEY) LAW, 2023
His Majesty’s Comptroller submitted an application to the Royal Court, in the Bailiwick of Guernsey, on 24th October 2025, to enforce, on behalf of the German authorities, an overseas forfeiture order, and to realise assets held in an account with the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in the name of Aquitaine Group Limited. An application has also been submitted by His Majesty’s Comptroller to discharge the Restraint Order in respect to the assets at the conclusion of the proceedings.
The application is listed before the Royal Court on 13 January 2026 at 10am and any notices of objection should be forwarded to the Royal Court and His Majesty’s Comptroller within 28 days of the publication of this notice.
