NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Blue Islands Limited (in Voluntary Winding Up) (“the Company”) duly passed a special resolution placing the Company in voluntary winding up with effect from 17 November 2025 in accordance with the provisions of section 109(b) of the Companies (Alderney) Law, 1994, and Stuart Arthur Gardner, Dan Edkins and Simon Jamie Edel of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 29 December 2025.
