NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Anthony Christopher Crocker, formerly of Beaumont, L'Hyvreuse, Cambridge Park in the parish of Saint Peter Port in the Island of Guernsey who died on 23 August 2025 are required to send particulars in writing to Advocate Davey Le Marquand of Carey House, Les Banques, Saint Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4BZ on or before 24 February 2026 after which date the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
