S-K ESTATES LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation) Company No. 57518 ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholders of S-K ESTATES LIMITED (the “Company”) on 19 November 2025, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited of Upper House, 16-20 Smith Street, St Peter Port, GY1 2JQ, be and they are hereby appointed as replacement Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company; and THAT the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
