THEMIS INSURANCE PCC LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation) Company No. 55954 ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholders of THEMIS INSURANCE PCC LIMITED (the “Company”) on 1 December 2025, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the Company be and it is hereby wound-up voluntarily; and THAT Matthew Wright and Sophie Smith of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Upper House, Smith Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2JQ be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.
