NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 September 2025, at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the Company, the following resolutions were passed:

THAT the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 39(1)(b) of the Companies Law; and

THAT, subject to the passing of resolution 1 above, Matthew Wright and Sophie Smith of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Upper House, 16-21 Smith Street, St Peter Port, GY1 2JQ (the “Liquidators”) be and are hereby appointed as Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up; 

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Joint Voluntary Liquidators at the address below, as soon as possible and no later than 4 weeks after the date of this notice.
