Notice is hereby given that by the Act dated the 28th day of November 2025 the Royal Court granted permission to Infinity Asset Management Limited to publish a notice in ‘La Gazette Officielle’ of this island to the effect that trespassers on those parts of premises known as The Underground Hospital Car Park situated on the opposite side of the road in the  parish of St Andrews (this area being shown outlined in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 28th day of November 2025) are liable to pay a penalty of not exceeding £50 in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres Mises A L’Amende of 16th January 1786, as amended.
