NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 47 of the Insurance Law that on 5 December 2025 the Royal Court of Guernsey granted the application of the Applicants for the sanction pursuant to sections 44 and 48 of the Insurance Law of a scheme for the transfer to the Transferee of the whole of the long term insurance business of the Transferor, including in respect of policyholders resident in the Bailiwick of Guernsey (the Scheme), and that any policyholder who wishes to exercise any right that they may have to cancel a policy transferred by the Scheme must do so within 21 days of the above date of the Royal Court's order.
