NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 30(8)(a) of the Law, that pursuant to article 10 of the limited partnership agreement relating to the Partnership, the Partnership (with its registered office at Plaza House, Third Floor, Elizabeth Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HU), has been dissolved with effect from 17 December 2025.
