NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 30 December 2025 the following resolutions were passed by the member of Crossgar Acquisition Limited (the “Company”):

THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up and placed into Voluntary Liquidation with immediate effect pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (as amended);

THAT Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, Glategny Esplanade, Glategny Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) with the power to act jointly and severally for the purpose of the winding up of the Company.

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below not later than 27 January 2026.
