The Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995 (as amended) (the “Law”) Baring Fintech Fund III Co-Investment, L.P. (Registered Number 500) (“the Partnership”).

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 30(8)(a) of the Law that the Partnership, the registered office of which is situated at Ground Floor, Plaza House, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HU, entered into dissolution with effect from 31 December 2025.
