NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 9.45 on Tuesday 10th February 2026, Coralie Benton,18-20 Le Bordage,St Peter Port,GY11DE, will apply to the Royal Court of Guernsey, pursuant to the provisions of The Liquor Licensing Ordinance, 2006, for an amendment to the UNDER 18’s PERMIT in respect of the premises known as Bar Bar Jay,18-20 Le Bordage,St Peter Port,GY11DE, in accordance with the submitted plans.

Coralie Benton previously held the licence for the premises from 2021 to 2023 and operated the business responsibly during that period with no history of licensing breaches or issues. This application is intended to allow families and young people to attend the barbershop and sports bar premises in a safe and controlled manner to watch live sport and participate in food-led, family-friendly activities under adult supervision and within defined hours.
No alcohol will be sold or supplied to persons under 18, and strict age-verification and staff training procedures are in place. The permit will support the premises’ role as a positive community venue while fully respecting the objectives of the Liquor Licensing Ordinance and the protection of young people.
