Terre à l'Amende Notice - Royal Court, Rue du Manoir

NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that by Act dated 16^th January, 2026, the Royal Court granted permission to the States of Guernsey, to publish a notice in La Gazette Officielle of this Island to the effect that trespassers on land situate in front of the Royal Court Building, Rue du Manoir, in the Parish of Saint Peter Port (this area being shown outlined in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 16^th day of January, 2026), are liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres mises à  l'Amende of 16^th January 1786 as amended.
