In the Estate of DAVID RUSSELL SHORT of 13B Chemin du Moulin, 06650 Opio, France, who died on 31 March 2025 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Attorney Administratrix, NICOLA CLARE ROYALL, of 2 Middle End Farm Cottage, Eastington, Cheltenham, England, GI54 3PL, to arrive on or before 28 April 2026, failing which the Attorney Administratrix will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
