ZELFI LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation) Company No. 40477 ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholder of ZELFI LIMITED (the “Company”) on 12 January 2026, the following resolutions were passed by the member: THAT the Company be and it is hereby wound-up voluntarily; and THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Floor 2, Harbour House, South Esplanade, St Peter Port, GY1 1AP, Guernsey, be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.
