NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 16 January 2026, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and Natalie Boes and Nicholas Vermeulen, both of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND, be appointed as Liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company and any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone”.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 10 February 2026
