NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Maureen Agnes Colbert of Mignot Memorial Hospital, Route de Crabby in the Island of Alderney who died on 11 May 2025 and whose Will was proved in the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 7 November 2025 by Davey Gordon Le Marquand (the "Administrator") are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor whose address is Carey House, Les Banques, Saint Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4BZ on or before 26 April 2026 after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
