NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 20 January 2026, by Order of the Royal Court of Guernsey, the Company was ordered to be compulsorily wound up. Alex Adam and Andy Wood of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, respectively of Bucktrout House, Glategny Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WR and Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF, respectively, were appointed Joint Liquidators. All persons having claims against the Company are requested to submit details thereof to the Joint Liquidators at either of their addresses or care of Anna Sparano at anna.sparano@teneo.com by 11 March 2026.
