NOTICE is hereby given under section 92 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended, by the sole director of the Company to all creditors of the Company of the proposed application to the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey for the removal of the Company from the register of companies in Guernsey to be continued as a company registered under the laws and regulations of the Cayman Islands such migration proposed to take effect no later than 3 April 2026.
