MXC CAPITAL LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

(“the Company”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company were unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 29 January 2026:

“THAT the Company be placed into Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 29 January 2026:

“THAT Benjamin Rhodes and Oliver Beaton of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators by 23 February 2026 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
