Unclaimed Duty Free Excise Goods

In accordance with Agency guidelines, any found duty free excise goods that are unclaimed and are not liable to forfeiture may be returned to the owner. Any person wishing to claim back such duty free goods may do so by writing to the Guernsey Customs and Immigration Service with details within 21 days of this notice. After this time period, any remaining found excise goods will be destroyed.
