NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 3 February 2026, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up in accordance with Section 391(1)(b) of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended, and THAT Nicholas Vermeulen and Natalie Boes of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND be appointed as Joint Liquidators (the “Liquidators”) of the Company."

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 27 February 2026.
