Notice is hereby given that by the Act dated the 28th day of November 2025 the Royal Court granted permission to Friends of KGV Limited to publish a notice in 'La Gazette Officielle' of this island to the effect that trespassers on those parts or premises known as KGV situate at KGV Playing Fields, Rue Cohu, Castel  (this area being shown outlined in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 28th day of November 2025) are liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres Mises a L’Amende of 16th January 1786, as amended.
