NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 3 February 2026 the Royal Court of Guernsey ordered that the Company be compulsorily wound up pursuant to section 406(e) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008. Andrea Frances Alice Harris and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 3 March 2026, and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
