"BARBARA JUNE EVANS (née Le Couteur), DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Estate of Barbara June Evans, deceased (the “Deceased”) late of Pleinmont House, Rue des Valniquets, Torteval, Guernsey who died on 11 August 2015, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30am on Friday 20 February 2026 by Siriol Jane Evans (the "Applicant") for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 ("the Law") in relation to the Guernsey Real Estate of the Deceased;

0. the appointment of the Applicant as Administrator of all the Guernsey Real Estate of the Deceased; and

3.    that pursuant to Section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law, the Guernsey Real Estate of the Deceased be vested in the Applicant, Siriol Jane Evans, for herself and her heirs.
