NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 12 February 2026, and the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up in accordance with Section 391(1)(b) of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, and THAT Natalie Boes and Nick Vermeulen, both of PO Box 321, Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND, be appointed as liquidators (the “Liquidators”) of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. Any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised by them jointly or by each of them individually, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them may be done by them either jointly or by each of them alone.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 06 March 2026.
