In the Estate of the late MONICA JOAN PARNELL (formerly Leptich, née Bradley), of Elsnore, Les Dunes, Vazon, Castel, Guernsey who died on 25 December 2025  - TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor, ADVOCATE MARK ANDREW TORODE of Torode Advocates, Windsor House, Lower Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey by 18 May 2026 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.   Advocate Mark Torode, Attorney Administrator.
