NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Doris Lane formerly of 41, Rosaire Court, Rosaire Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, who died on 25 November 2025 at The Princess Elizabeth Hospital and to whose Estate a Grant of Probate was granted by the Guernsey Probate Registry on 6 February 2026 to AFR Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, are required to send particulars in writing to the Executor at Court Place, Rue du Manoir, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3XZ, on or before 24 May 2026 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which the Executor has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands the Executor has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
