SUSAN MARSH, DECEASED
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons claiming to be heirs or otherwise beneficially interested in the Real Estate of SUSAN MARSH (formerly Bisson) of Flat 4, Seaview, Northside, Vale (“the Deceased”) who died on 24th November 2017, that KARYN LYNNE MARSH of Flat 4, Seaview, Northside, Vale (“the Applicant”) will apply to the Royal Court at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 13th March 2026 for the following orders: (1) an Administration Order under section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 in respect of the Deceased’s Real Estate; (2) that the Applicant be appointed as the administrator of the said Real Estate; and (3) that upon the Applicant completing the sale of the said Real Estate she shall be permitted to distribute the net proceeds of such sale immediately and without making any further application to the Court. ANY PERSON wishing to be heard in respect of the said application should be present in Court when it is made.
