In the Estate of PETER MICHAEL BARRETT of Pain Gengive, La Rue La Corbinerie, St Martin, Guernsey, who died on 21 November 2025 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executrices, VANESSA TONI PARKER (née Barrett) and ALEXANDRA CLARE LE MARQUAND WHERRY, care of Kauri, La Vassalerie, St Andrew, Guernsey, GY6 8XL, to arrive on or before 25 May 2026, failing which the Executrices will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
