Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were adopted by the members of the Company on 11 February 2026:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION: that the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391 of the Law; and

Notice is given that the following Ordinary Resolution ORDINARY RESOLUTION: that NSM Services Limited be appointed as Liquidators of the Company.

All persons having claims against , the above-named Company  are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below, and all persons indebted to the Company are required to pay their debt, no later than 25^th March 2026: Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, GY1 4AN Guernsey.
