NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 2 February 2026 the following resolutions were passed by the member of Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited (the “Company”):

THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up and placed into Voluntary Liquidation with immediate effect pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (as amended);

THAT Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, Glategny Esplanade, Glategny Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) with the power to act jointly and severally for the purpose of the winding up of the Company.

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the Company are requested to send details thereof to the Joint Liquidators at the address below not later than 20 March 2026.
