NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Starfin Public Holdco 2 Limited (in Voluntary Winding Up) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in voluntary winding up with effect from 27 February 2026 in accordance with the provisions of section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 10 April 2026.
