NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a duly convened extraordinary general meeting of Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (in Voluntary Winding Up) (“the Company”) held on 27 February 2026, special resolutions were passed placing the Company in voluntary winding up in accordance with the provisions of section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 10 April 2026.
