In the Estate of DIANA LINDA PATON-LAVEILLE (also known as Diana Linda Paton Laveille), (formerly Hooker, formerly Curle, née Laveille) of Mayhill House, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 2EF, who died on 15 September 2025 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executor, JOHN TIMOTHY AYCOCK of New Court Chambers, 23-25 Bucks Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 3DA, to arrive on or before 11 June 2026, failing which the Executor will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
