NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cheshunt Holdings Guernsey Limited (in Voluntary Winding Up) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in voluntary winding up with effect from 26 February 2026 in accordance with the provisions of section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, and Stuart Gardner and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 10 April 2026.
