NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of HENRY GEORGE WILLIAM DODD, late of Lacaro, Marette de Bas Estate, Grandes Capelles Lane in the parish of St Sampson in the island of Guernsey who died on the 22^nd December 2025, and to whose estate a Grant of Probate was issued by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on the 30^th day of January, 2026 to Rodney Martin Mitchell (the “Executor”), are required to send particulars in writing to the said Executor whose address is Lacaro, Marette de Bas Estate, Grandes Capelles Lane, St Sampson, Guernsey on or before the 15^th day of June 2026, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
