NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 30(8) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended (the “Law”) that the general partner of SREO 2 AIV LP (the “Limited Partnership”), the registered office of which is situated at PO Box 60, Fourth Floor, Plaza House, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4BF has resolved that the Limited Partnership be dissolved with effect from 28 February 2026.
