VALE COMMONS COUNCIL The Annual General Meeting of Les Habitants du Clos du Valle
The Annual General Meeting of Les Habitants du Clos du Valle will be held at the Vale Douzaine Room on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 7.00pm. Nominations are invited for the election of a member to the Council to replace Andre Quevatre whose term of office expires, but who is eligible for re-election. Nominations must be from Habitants, who must also be a Douzenier and eligible to be a Director of an LBG company. Forms are available from the Vale Douzaine Room. Items for discussion, and nominations, must be in the hands of the Secretary c/o Vale Douzaine Room, no later than 5pm on Thursday 19th March 2026.
This meeting is open to Habitants only and proof of address may be required. If you are unsure of your Habitant status, please email valecommon@gmail.com
