NOTICE
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING PLACES) ORDINANCE, 1963

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure by Section 1 of The Road Traffic (Parking Places) Ordinance, 1963, as amended, notice is given of proposals to:

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 108 Les Genats Estate, Castel and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.

Remove six 23hr approved parking spaces near 68 Les Genats Estate, Castel and replace them with six 23hr approved parking spaces reserved for visitors of the Kindred Family Centre between 9am to 5pm on weekdays.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 100 Les Genats Estate, Castel and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for Blue Badge holders.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space on the north-west side of Church Road, St Sampson, immediately to the south of its junction with South Quay.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near Langtoft, Rouge Huis Avenue, St Peter Port and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 27 Le Hurel Estate, St Martin and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove a parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 20 Le Hurel Estate, St Martin and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 15 Paris Street and replace it with a 10hr disc parking space.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 17 Paris Street.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 35 Pre De L’Aumone, Castel and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.

Remove a 2hr disc parking space near 2 Rozel Terrace, Mount Durand, St Peter Port and replace it with a parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 27 Pont Vaillant Estate, Vale and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 14 Pont Vaillant Estate, Vale and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 4 Chemin Des Monts, Castel and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 57 Rue Jehannet, St Martin and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near Northcroft, Route des Coutures, Vale and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space for motorcycles opposite La Tonnelle car park, Les Bas Courtils Road, St Sampson. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments.

Remove three 10hr disc parking spaces opposite La Tonnelle car park, Les Bas Courtils Road, St Sampson. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge opposite 86 Victoria Road and replace it with a 2hr disc parking space.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 30 Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port and replace it with a 2hr disc parking space.

Remove a 2hr disc parking space near 17 Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove two 2hr disc parking spaces to the north-east of La Grande Rue car park, St Martin and replace them with two approved parking spaces reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments. This parking has changed from a standard parking space to a space restricted to Blue Badge holders only.

Remove a 10hr disc parking space to the north of the west side of La Grande Rue car park, St Martin and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments. This parking has changed from a standard parking space to a space restricted to Blue Badge holders only.

Remove a 10hr disc parking space to the south of the west side of La Grande Rue car park, St Martin and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments. This parking has changed from a parking space with no limits to a restricted size space.

Remove three 10hr disc parking spaces on the south side of La Grande Rue car park, St Martin and replace them with three 10hr disc parking spaces reserved for vehicles not exceeding 3.7m long by 2.1m wide. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments. This parking has changed from a parking space with no limits to a restricted size space.

Remove two 10hr disc parking spaces on the south-east side of La Grande Rue car park, St Martin and replace them with two 10hr disc parking spaces reserved for vehicles not exceeding 3.7m long by 2.1m wide. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments. This parking has changed from a parking space with no limits to a restricted size space.

Remove a 5hr disc parking space in St Julian’s Avenue, St Peter Port and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near Vir Altyd, 1 Victoria Avenue, St Sampson and replace it with a 23hr approved parking space.

Install a 23hr approved parking space reserved for vehicles not exceeding 3.7m long by 1.8m wide in Upper St Jacques, St Peter Port.

Install a 23hr approved motorcycle parking space in Upper St Jacques, St Peter Port.

Install an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge at the south-east end of Rue des Bas, St Sampson. Note: This change is being consulted on because it requires legal amendments.
