JOYCE EILEEN TINGAY (née Darke) - DECEASED
NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Estate of JOYCE EILEEN TINGAY (née Darke) (the “Deceased”) late of 6 Cour du Moulin, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey who died on 18 April 2025, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9:30 am on Friday, 20 March, 2026 by Zara Tingay for the following orders:-
- an Administration Order pursuant to section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (the “Law”) of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased; and
- the appointment of Zara Tingay and Advocate Gillian Kennedy-Smith as the Joint Administrators of the said Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased with power to the survivor to act alone;
WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Joint Administrators will apply to the Court for a further order:-
- pursuant to section 17(1)(iv) of the Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 that the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased be vested for an estate of inheritance absolutely as to:
- an undivided one-half share in Clare Marie Walford (née Tingay) for herself and her heirs; and
- as to the remaining undivided one-half share in Zara Tingay for herself and her heirs.
