ADA LOUISE BOUREL (née Mahy) (“Ada”)
NOTICE IS GIVEN to all or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the real estates of (i) FREDERICK MAHY and (ii) ADA LOUISE BOUREL (née Mahy) both late of Les Mares, Houmet Lane, in the parish of the Vale in the island of Guernsey (Frederick having died on 2nd February 1938 and Ada having died on 6 July 1971), that an Application will be made to the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 am on Friday 20 March 2026 by ANDREW DOUGLAS LAWS for the following Orders:
- an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 (1) (d) of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) of all the Real estates of both Frederick Mahy and Ada Louise Bourel, née Mahy; and
- the appointment of ANDREW DOUGLAS LAWS as the Administrator of the Real Estates of Frederick Mahy and Ada Louise Bourel, née Mahy;
AND in the event of such Application being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for a further Order that upon sale of any of the Real Estates of Frederick Mahy and Ada Louise Bourel, née Mahy, by the Administrator that the Administrator shall be permitted to distribute immediately such proceeds of sale without further application to the Royal Court.
