NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by special resolution of the member of Names Consultancy (Guernsey) Limited (the "Company") on 28 January 2026 the following special resolution was passed: "THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up", and on 4 February 2026 the following ordinary resolution was adopted by the Company: "THAT Jon Bond of Evans Bond Limited, Floor 3 Brook House, Les Camps, St Martins, GY4 6AD is hereby appointed as the Liquidator of the Company". All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidator at the above address no later than 31 March 2026.
