NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by special resolution of the member of Girwood Investments Limited (the "Company") on 13 March 2026 the following resolutions were passed: THAT the Company be and is hereby wound up by means of voluntary liquidation, and THAT Jonathan Bond of Evans Bond Limited, Floor 3 Brook House, Les Camps, St Martins, GY4 6AD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up of the Company. All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidator at the above address no later than 9 April 2026.
