St Sampson Parish Publication
The Rector and Churchwardens of the Parish of Saint Sampson invite the Ratepayers and Electors thereof to attend the meeting at St Sampsons Church Community Hall, Les Grandes Maison Road, St Sampson on Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at 7.30pm for the following business:
(1) To pass the accounts of the Tresor for 2025 which have been duly audited, before the Very Reverend T.R. Barker. Dean of Guernsey, or his delegate.
(2) To pass the Churchwardens’ Accounts for 2025, which have been duly audited and may be inspected at the Constables Office during office hours up to and including 1 April 2026.
(3) To elect Auditors for the above Accounts for 2026.
(4) To elect two ratepayers to serve on the Parochial Church Property Management Board to fill one empty vacancy and replace Mr A Gabriel who has resigned.
(5) To decide whether they are in favour of voting the following amounts to be levied by means of Owner’s Rate for 2026:

(7) To authorise the Constables to apply to the Royal Court for a Remede to levy the agreed expenditure.
(8) To take all such measures relating to the above as the Ratepayers and Electors may deem advisable.
