NOTICE is hereby given that by Act dated 6th day of March 2026….. the Royal Court granted permission to Aubrets Ltd to publish a notice in “La Gazette Officielle” of this Island to the effect that trespassers on those parts of premises known as One Bridge Avenue situate at Bridge Avenue in the parish of St.Sampsons (this area being shown outlined in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 6th day of March 2026 ) are liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres mises à l’Amende of 16th January, 1786, as amended.”
