Publication Vale Parish
The Constables of the Parish of the Vale hereby notify the Electors and Ratepayers thereof that they will apply to the Royal Court on Friday 10th April 2026 at 9.30 am to obtain the Remede for permission to levy the following amounts by means of:-
1)Owner’s Rate – the sum of Two Hundred and Eighty Thousand, Four Hundred and Twenty-Eight Pounds (£280,428) at the rates per unit of Assessable Value of the relevant Cadastre Categories approved at the meeting referred to below.
2)Refuse Rate – the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty-Six Thousand, Three Hundred and Eleven Pounds (£456,311) at a charge of £111.54 per Habitable Unit.
To meet the expenses in accordance with the publications made in La Gazette Officielle on 4th and 14th March 2026 and the subsequent deliberations of the said Electors and Ratepayers at a meeting held at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 18th March 2026. The applicable rates to be levied in respect of each of the Cadastre Categories (applying the relevant factors approved at the said meeting) may be inspected on the Vale Parish website.
